Computer Support Specialist
A computer support specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to individuals and organizations using computer software or equipment. They must have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. This is a contract position in Roskilde, with a starting salary of 1700$. Accommodation is not provided.

As a computer support specialist, your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, maintaining and repairing equipment, and providing technical training to users. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and resolving technical problems in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively explain technical issues to non-technical users. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also important qualities for this position.

As this is a contract position without experience required, we are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required. However, previous experience in customer service or technical support roles would be beneficial.

This position is based in Roskilde but may require occasional travel to client sites within the city. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm with occasional evening or weekend work depending on client needs.
