Contract Architectural Technologist - Roskilde, Denmark

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Roskilde on a contract basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction drawings
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate 2D and 3D models
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information for drawings
- Review and analyze building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance in designs
- Communicate with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects is preferred
