IT Manager

A reputable company in Beer-Sheva is seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join their team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining software and hardware systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of all IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company's information technology systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency, reliability, and security of all IT systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for data protection and security
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to support business objectives
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation within the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively
- In-depth knowledge of network administration, database management, and system security protocols
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1400$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel. Indian nationals are preferred but all qualified candidates will be considered.

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided by the company. Visa sponsorship can also be provided for qualified candidates if necessary.
