Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems within the company
- Develop and implement technology strategies to meet business needs
- Monitor system performance and make necessary updates or changes
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Train and support employees on new technologies and systems
- Ensure the security of all company data and information
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, systems administration, and cybersecurity protocols
- Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and disaster recovery planning
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent in English

Salary:
