Sales Manager - Bungoma, Philippines


We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bungoma. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of our company and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Participate in sales meetings and conferences

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, plus commission on sales.

Location:
This position is based in Bungoma, Philippines. Filipinos are preferred for this role.
