We are hiring for a dynamic and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Multan. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a team management role, preferably in the same industry. You must also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Identify training needs and provide coaching/mentoring to improve team performance
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, address issues, and plan for upcoming tasks
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software/tools is a plus
