Concierge Coordinator


We are seeking a dynamic and organized Concierge Coordinator to join our luxury hotel in Faisalabad. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Concierge Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
- Assist guests with luggage, check-in/check-out procedures and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests including airport transfers, car rentals, and reservations for tours or activities
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local events, restaurants, and attractions to recommend to guests
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email or in person demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Handle guest requests efficiently and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, room service, and maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare daily reports on guest requests, feedbacks or concerns

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge or similar role in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional language proficiency is an asset)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local area attractions and services is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
