Contract Moderator

As a Contract Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating online content and interactions on various platforms. You will ensure that all content posted is in line with our company's guidelines and policies. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online content and interactions on multiple platforms
- Review and moderate user-generated content in a timely manner
- Ensure all content posted is appropriate and follows company guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and reports regarding inappropriate content
- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistency in moderation approach
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices for moderation
- Provide regular reports on moderation activities to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in moderation or a similar role required
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions based on company guidelines
- Familiarity with different social media platforms and their community standards
- Strong understanding of internet culture and trends
- Ability to handle sensitive or controversial topics with professionalism
- Fluency in English (Portuguese proficiency preferred)

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation will be provided during the duration of the contract. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in moderation or a related field. This position is located in Porto, Portugal but remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
