We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining concrete structures in accordance with blueprints and specifications. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Set up forms for pouring concrete
- Install reinforcing bars and mesh
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete using various tools
- Erect scaffolding and other temporary structures as needed
- Collaborate with construction team to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker is preferred but not required
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Detail-oriented with strong measurement skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
