We are searching for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry-making and a strong knowledge of different baking techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating new pastry recipes
- Preparing and baking various desserts, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorating pastries using different techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
- Ensuring all baked goods are of high quality and in accordance with food safety standards
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies when needed
- Training and supervising junior pastry chefs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create visually appealing desserts
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Valid food handling certification

Salary: $1100 per month
