Painter for Luxury Properties in Monte-Carlo


We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in Monte-Carlo, working on luxury properties. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to surfaces, ensuring high-quality work and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, without accommodation. We offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match colors and textures of paint to achieve desired results
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and meets quality standards
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute projects efficiently
- Keep a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in luxury properties or high-end projects
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy equipment
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when necessary
