Commercial Architect

A dynamic and innovative Commercial Architect is needed to join our team in Chelyabinsk. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial spaces such as office buildings, shopping centers, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for commercial spaces
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to evaluate existing structures and provide recommendations for improvements or renovations
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
