Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. You will manage a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure the success of the hotel. Your main goal will be to drive sales and secure business from both corporate and leisure clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed budgeted revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and develop new partnerships with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to create attractive packages and promotions for guests
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competition, and pricing strategies
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure they are meeting their goals
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitive landscape
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Herzliya

Preference will be given to Indian candidates who have a valid biometric passport. Accommodation may be provided for candidates who require it.
