Formworker (Malayalee/Nepali) in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are a construction company in Kaunas, Lithuania seeking experienced Formworkers with a biometric passport. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and installing formwork for concrete structures based on blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints
- Construct formwork using hand and power tools
- Install reinforcing materials such as rebar and wire mesh
- Pour, spread, and smooth concrete into formwork using hand tools
- Align and brace formwork to ensure stability
- Remove forms after concrete has dried
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Formworker
- Biometric passport required for work in Lithuania
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
