Our rapidly growing company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Faro. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Train and onboard new sales representatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
