Carpenter - Residential Construction (Female Candidates Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Carpenter to join our residential construction team in the US. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine materials required and methods of installation
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, plywood, wallboard or other materials
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings etc.
- Repair or replace damaged or rotting structures or fixtures
- Work with power tools such as saws, drills and sanders to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction preferred
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
- Proficient in using power tools
- Physical strength and stamina
- Good time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Female candidates preferred

Salary: $1500 per month with accommodation provided.

Location: This position is based in the US.
