Carpenter - Residential Construction (US)



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our residential construction team in the US. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per week.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in carpentry or related field
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Strong knowledge of different types of wood and their characteristics
- Understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, shape, and join materials using various tools and techniques
- Install structures such as windows, frames, flooring, trim, and doors
- Repair or replace damaged or defective structures
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
