We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality by following proper brewing techniques and recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee bar area, including equipment, tables, and floors
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to create new drinks or promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Contract:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 6 months. However, there is potential for extension based on performance.

Accommodation:

Freshers:
We welcome freshers who are passionate about coffee and willing to learn. Training will be provided for those without previous experience.
