Seasonal Barista in Oslo, Norway

We are searching for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team in Oslo, Norway for a seasonal position. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee and tea beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea beverages
- Take customer orders and offer menu recommendations
- Operate coffee making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and handling complaints or issues
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area including tables, counters, and equipment
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Knowledge of coffee making techniques and latte art is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1800$ per month for this seasonal position.
