Executive Chef
We are in search of a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at a luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.
Responsibilities:
-Create and implement menus that reflect our high-end standards and cater to our diverse clientele
-Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain quality and freshness
-Oversee food preparation and ensure all dishes meet our standards for taste, presentation, and portion size
-Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen personnel
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
-Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment
-In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
-Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
-Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative dishes that align with our brand identity
-Up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques
-Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and guests
-Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Education:
-A degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is preferred but not required
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
