Executive Chef
We are in search of an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Monte-Carlo. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences and possess strong leadership skills to lead our kitchen team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, from menu planning to food preparation and ensuring the highest quality of dishes are served to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to food safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
