We are a growing company in need of a skilled and experienced Part-time Accountant to join our team. As a Part-time Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets. You will also analyze financial information and provide reports to management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL, and payroll
- Prepare budget forecasts and track expenses
- Create monthly financial reports for management
- Process invoices and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filing
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or discrepancies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Part-time Accountant or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field

Salary: 1000$ per month (based on experience)
