We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, desserts, and baked goods. You will also be in charge of managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes
- Decorate and present pastries in an attractive manner
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Develop new recipes and menu items
- Ensure that all food safety standards are met
- Collaborate with other chefs to plan menu changes or special events

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Bulgarian is an asset)
