Android Developer


We are a fast-growing mobile development company based in Braga, seeking a talented and experienced Android Developer to join our team. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mobile applications for our clients. This is a contract position suitable for men with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven working experience in Android app development
- Strong knowledge of Java, Android SDK and different versions of Android
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Braga, Portugal. However, we are open to remote work arrangements for exceptional candidates.
