Junior Information Security Analyst


We are in search of a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Junior Information Security Analyst to join our fast-paced team in Braga. As a Junior Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company's sensitive information and systems from cyber threats. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access
- Analyze security logs and provide recommendations for security improvements
- Implement and maintain security protocols, procedures, and policies
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, threats, and best practices in information security

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and operating systems
- Familiarity with various security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1800$

Location: Braga

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We welcome applicants without prior experience in information security as we will provide on-the-job training. We also offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for qualified candidates.
