Sales Representative - English Speaking (Nairobi)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative who is fluent in English to join our team in Nairobi. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. You must have previous sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$. Candidates with experience and proficiency in Malayalam language or those who are foreign nationals are also encouraged to apply. As a Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, presenting and demonstrating our products, negotiating sales contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing timely reports on sales activities.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry. Fluency in English is a must, while proficiency in Malayalam or other languages will be considered an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds is crucial for this role.

This position requires someone who is highly self-motivated and has excellent time-management skills. You should also possess strong negotiation abilities and be able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines. A valid driver's license is preferred as you may be required to travel within Nairobi for customer visits.
