Teamlead for International Education Agency in Mauren, Philippines


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead for our international education agency based in Mauren, Philippines. As our Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of agents to provide top-quality services to students seeking education opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of agents to achieve their targets and goals
- Monitor the performance of agents and provide coaching and support as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and meet sales targets
- Maintain relationships with partner schools and universities abroad
- Handle inquiries from potential students regarding study abroad programs
- Provide accurate information on admission requirements, programs, and fees
- Ensure that all student applications are processed efficiently and accurately
- Oversee the visa application process for students
- Conduct regular training sessions for agents to ensure they are up-to-date with the latest information on international education opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the education industry
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Filipino is an advantage)
- Knowledgeable about international education programs and admission processes
- Familiarity with visa application procedures is preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
