Land Surveyor


We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and structures to determine boundaries, elevations, and other important features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect data
- Analyze survey data and create maps, plans, and reports
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and compliance with design plans
- Conduct research on property records, historical maps, and other relevant documents
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Knowledge of land surveying principles and techniques
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1400 per month (depending on experience)
