Senior Commercial Architect

As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design, planning, and construction of commercial buildings in the city of Almada. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative and functional solutions that meet their business objectives. Your main responsibilities will include conducting site evaluations, creating detailed architectural drawings and plans, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a commercial architect with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. You should have extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes. A degree in architecture or a related field is required. Additionally, you should be proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.

The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must also possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members. As this role involves working with international clients, fluency in English is preferred but not required.
