Job Title: Back-End Developer


We are hiring a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team in Svalbard. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of web applications. Your primary focus will be to ensure high performance and responsiveness of the applications, while also collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer
- Strong knowledge of programming languages like Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Spring Boot
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing efficient server-side code for web applications
- Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Developing and maintaining databases for web applications
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring high performance and responsiveness of web applications
- Integrating data storage solutions
- Staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in back-end development
