Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring that all safety standards and regulations are met. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction management and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per week and accommodation provided. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project timelines and schedules.
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure completion within set deadlines.
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the construction process.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders regarding progress updates, issues, and changes.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship, materials usage, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Ensure all necessary permits are obtained for each project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction management.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
