Our restaurant in Siauliai is seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring that all food and drink orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Must be able to provide top-notch customer service at all times

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the restaurant and guide them to their tables
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly while ensuring accuracy of the order
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and any special dietary requirements
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate any issues to the manager if necessary
- Process payments using cash or credit cards and issue receipts when requested by customers
