Experienced Handyman in Akron, OH



As an experienced Handyman, you will be responsible for a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks in the city of Akron, OH. Your role will be to ensure that all properties and facilities are in good condition and functioning properly. We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual who can work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other general handyman duties.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or renovations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Proficient in various repair and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have a valid biometric passport.

Salary:
$1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type:
Full-time contract position with potential for long-term employment.
