We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring they are executed in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness at all stages of the project
- Hire and manage construction teams, including contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee the procurement of necessary materials and equipment for each project
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion within budget
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams of various sizes
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
