Seasonal Executive Chef

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee menus for all meals, ensuring high quality and variety
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training and scheduling
- Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Plan and execute special events and catering services as needed
- Work closely with front of house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold standards of excellence

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary trends
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English communication skills

Salary:
Competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
