Junior Information Security Analyst

As a Junior Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our company's information systems and data. Your main duties will include conducting risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and monitoring for any cybersecurity threats.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect our information systems and data
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity or security breaches
- Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in information security to ensure our systems are protected against new threats
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits of our systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or PCI DSS
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Location: This position is based in Lisbon, but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Salary: Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.
