We are hiring an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Svalbard. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment according to safety protocols
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and troubleshoot any issues
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Ensure proper storage and organization of equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
