Body Repair Master

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our automotive repair team in Oslo, Norway. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This includes repairing dents, scratches, and other types of damage using specialized tools and techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Use specialized tools such as hammers, drills, and welding equipment to repair vehicle bodies
- Remove damaged parts and replace them with new ones
- Straighten bent frames and panels to restore the vehicle's structural integrity
- Sand down surfaces and apply paint to cover scratches and other imperfections
- Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality work
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of automotive body repair techniques
- Strong mechanical skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, or lifting heavy objects
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Additional certification or training in automotive body repair is preferred.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and a ticket to Oslo for non-Norwegian candidates.
