Merchandiser for Retail Stores in Al Buraymi, Kenya


We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al Buraymi, Kenya. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner in retail stores. Your main goal will be to increase sales and customer satisfaction by creating visually appealing displays and effectively managing inventory.

Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores in Al Buraymi to set up displays of our products.
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with store managers to create promotional displays and themed areas.
- Train store employees on proper product placement and display techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required for communication with team members and store personnel.
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for creating visually appealing displays.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Al Buraymi, Kenya
