Merchandiser (Malayalee)


We are in search of a talented and detail-oriented Merchandiser with a strong understanding of the Malayalee market to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and consumer preferences within the Malayalee community
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for product procurement
- Plan and execute product displays and promotions that appeal to the Malayalee demographic
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and purchasing teams to develop effective strategies for product placement and pricing
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for improvement
- Travel to different locations within Al Buraymi to oversee merchandising activities

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role preferred
- Strong understanding of the Malayalee market and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel within Al Buraymi as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
