Tiler for Residential and Commercial Properties in Los Angeles

Our busy construction company is seeking an experienced Tiler to join our team and work on both residential and commercial projects throughout Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in tile installation, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per week and is suitable for men of any nationality who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific spaces using hand and power tools
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives
- Install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to design plans
- Ensure all tiles are properly aligned, spaced, and grouted
- Cut and install tile trim pieces as needed
- Repair or replace damaged tiles as necessary
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tile installation
- Ability to read and interpret design plans
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and leveling tiles
- Strong attention to detail for precise installation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
