Team Lead - Fonvieille, Monaco


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed
- Develop project plans and timelines, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination across all teams
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding project updates, changes, or issues
- Ensure that all projects adhere to company policies, standards, and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Management or Project Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with team members and clients
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish within budget and timeline constraints
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana

We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month along with opportunities for growth within the organization. This is a contract job without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in Monaco.
