Restaurant Manager
Our busy restaurant in St. Petersburg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a restaurant, preferably in a fast-paced environment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including inventory, budgeting, and staffing
- Hire, train, schedule and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage quality standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure prompt resolution
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of managing budgets, inventory, and staff effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Biometric passport preferred
- Experience in the African market is an advantage
