Sous Chef
The restaurant located in the vibrant city of Ufa is seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and maintain high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food cost management
- Oversee and train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders to meet customer expectations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while working under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
