Pakistani Cuisine Chef


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pakistani Cuisine Chef to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious and authentic Pakistani dishes, maintaining food quality standards, and managing kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Pakistani dishes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is of high quality, taste, and appearance
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, portion control, and food safety
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with management to create new menu items or specials
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine is required
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Pakistani ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively train and manage kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must hold a valid food handler's permit

Salary: 900$ per month. This position is open only for individuals who hold Pakistani citizenship. English language skills are not required for this job.
