IT Manager


We are currently hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Braga. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and processes. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems, and staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure the security and functionality of all company technology systems
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Oversee the implementation of new software or hardware solutions
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, operating systems, databases, and programming languages
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
- Proven track record of implementing successful technology solutions within a company

Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Braga, Portugal (candidates with free visa/ticket preferred)
