We are hiring an experienced English Tutor to join our team in El-Ain. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized one-on-one or group instruction to students of various levels and ages. Your role will involve assessing students' needs, creating lesson plans, and monitoring their progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting individual or group tutoring sessions for students
- Assessing students' English language proficiency and identifying areas for improvement
- Developing personalized lesson plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each student
- Providing feedback and guidance to help students improve their language skills
- Incorporating a variety of teaching methods and materials to keep lessons engaging and effective
- Monitoring students' progress through regular assessments and adjusting lesson plans accordingly
- Communicating with parents or guardians to provide updates on student's performance and progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Native-level proficiency in English with excellent grammar skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, flexible, and able to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different learners
- Familiarity with various teaching methods and materials
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in El-Ain, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who have their own visa.
