Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to understand business needs, identify opportunities for machine learning solutions, and develop scalable and efficient solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, testing, and deploying machine learning models into production systems. You will also be responsible for continuously monitoring and improving the performance of existing models.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field. You should also have experience in programming languages such as Python or R and have a deep understanding of machine learning techniques such as supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for machine learning solutions
- Develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable machine learning models into production systems
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing models
- Work closely with software engineers to integrate machine learning capabilities into software products
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments in machine learning techniques and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, computer science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in developing machine learning algorithms and models
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong understanding of various machine learning techniques (supervised/unsupervised/reinforcement/deep learning)
- Experience with data preprocessing/cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with common libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Dickirch, Pakistan (Open to all nationalities)

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Type: Full-time, permanent position
