Preservation Architect


As a Preservation Architect in our company, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in the city of Moscow. Your main duty will be to assess the condition of historical sites, develop preservation plans, and oversee the restoration process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine their condition and identify any potential risks or concerns.
- Developing preservation plans that adhere to local regulations and guidelines while also considering the unique characteristics and history of each site.
- Overseeing restoration projects, including managing contractors, ensuring quality workmanship, and staying within budget.
- Collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, historians, and construction workers to ensure the preservation process is carried out effectively.
- Providing recommendations for ongoing maintenance and upkeep of historic sites after restoration is complete.
- Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in preservation architecture.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in preservation architecture or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building materials, and construction methods used in historic buildings.
- Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related to historic preservation in Moscow.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: 1500$ per month

This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm. We are seeking candidates who are Indian nationals with experience in preservation architecture. English proficiency is not required for this role.
