We are in need of a skilled and dedicated Solar Installer to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar energy systems on both residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install solar panels, inverters, racking systems, and other equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Perform site surveys to determine optimal placement of solar panels and ensure structural integrity of installation
- Connect electrical wiring from panels to the grid or battery storage system
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and repairs
- Educate customers on proper maintenance of their solar energy systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in solar installation preferred
- Prior experience in construction or electrical work is a plus
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
